Known In-Game Issues
Hello!This is Wonderers: Eternal World's Operations Team.The following issue(s) has been detected.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.◈ Known Issues- While you play Gold Clash or Gold Smash on mobile devices, the issues listed below may occur if you open the game back after going to the background.ㆍAcquired element weapons change into basic weaponsㆍWhen using a weapon skill, a 'There are no weapons to be changed' error pops up and weapon skills do not work properlyㆍUnable to purchase weapons in the Weapon AltarㆍWhen using a Character Skill while the issues above occur, the character freezesㆍWhile the issues above occur, the statistics UI does not display normally after the game ends- When a character levels up, the values in certain buffs in the buff details display as 0.ㆍThis issue is a UI display issue, and the buff effects apply normally after selecting the level up buff.We are currently looking into the cause and we will do our best to fix the issue(s) as soon as possible.We will inform you of any updates as well as a timeline for a fix in a separate post.Thank you.
