Is fly100% a cheater?  When fighting this player, my tank keeps blinking but this enemy is nowhere to be found.  Therefore, I am unable to attack him.  He cannot be found on screen, in the unseen sky above the screen, or underground below the screen.  Players who fought him nearly always loses, unless players use hacks against him.
