제10조 정산 및 지급

5. [국내 파트너의 경우] 회사는 파트너에 대한 정산 및 지급을 대한민국 원화(KRW)로 합니다. 이용자 결제금액이 대한민국 원화(KRW)가 아닌 경우 결제가 발생한 월의 말일자 서울외국환중개㈜ 최초 고시 매매기준율(해당통화-KRW)을 적용하여 산정합니다.

[국내 파트너가 아닌 파트너의 경우] 회사는 파트너에 대한 정산 및 지급을 미국 달러(USD)로 합니다. 이용자 결제금액이 USD가 아닌 경우에는 결제가 발생한 월의 말일자 서울외국환중개㈜ 최초 고시 환율(해당통화-USD)을 적용하여 산정합니다.

■ 변경 일자

- 변경되는 약관은 2026년 5월 20일자로 효력이 발생합니다.

※ 시행일 전까지 개정된 이용약관에 별도 의사표시가 없을 경우 동의한 것으로 보아 개정된 이용약관이 적용됩니다.

■ 이의제기 및 문의

- STOVE Studio 이용 약관 변경에 대한 이의 제기 및 문의는 고객센터(stove.store@smilegate.com)로 접수해 주시면 신속하고 친절하게 안내해 드리겠습니다.

Article 10 Settlement and Payment

4. [For Domestic Partners]

The Company’s settlement and payment vis-à-vis the Partner shall be in Korean Won (KRW). If the End User’s payment amount is not in KRW, the amount will be converted into KRW by applying the initial exchange rate (the relevant currency-KRW) announced by the Seoul Money Brokerage Services Co., Ltd. on the last business day of the month in which the payment occurred.

[For any Partners who are not Domestic Partners]

The Company’s settlement and payment vis-à-vis the Partner shall be in United States Dollar (USD). If the End User’s payment amount is not in USD, the amount will be converted into USD by applying the initial exchange rate (the relevant currency-USD) announced by the Seoul Money Brokerage Services Co., Ltd. on the last business day of the month in which the payment occurred.

Article 10 Settlement and Payment

4. [For Domestic Partners]

[For any Partners who are not Domestic Partners]

The Company’s settlement and payment vis-à-vis the Partner shall be in United States Dollar (USD). If the User’s payment is made in a currency other than USD, the amount will be calculated by first converting the relevant currency into Korean Won (KRW) using the exchange rate first announced by Seoul Money Brokerage Co., Ltd. on the last business day of the month in which the payment occurred, and then reconverting the amount from KRW into USD.

■ Effective Date

- The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect on May 20, 2026.

Please note: If you do not express disagreement before the effective date, the revised Terms and Conditions will be deemed accepted and applied accordingly.
