Hello, this is the Rasalas Team.

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank all players who have supported and enjoyed Rasalas throughout its service.

After careful consideration of the future direction of the service and the feasibility of maintaining stable operations, we regret to inform you that the Rasalas service will be terminated according to the schedule below.

■ Service Termination Schedule
- End of Paid Item Sales: July 8, 2026

- Game Service Termination: August 5, 2026,

■ Refund Information

Following the termination of the service, refund requests will be accepted for unused paid currency and eligible purchased items.

- Refund Application Period: July 8, 2026 – September 30, 2026

- Eligible for Refund: Unused paid currency and eligible purchased items

- Not Eligible for Refund: Event rewards, items that have already been used, and currency obtained through gameplay

- How to Apply: Submit a request through the 1:1 Customer Support Center

※ Please attach the purchase receipt issued by the platform through which the payment was made.

■ Customer Support Availability

To assist with refund requests and other inquiries, the Customer Support Center will remain available until September 30, 2026, even after the game service has ended.

■ Personal Information Processing

After the service has ended, personal information will be deleted in stages, except for information that must be retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Once again, we sincerely thank all players who have supported and enjoyed Rasalas.

We will do our utmost to ensure that the service is concluded smoothly and reliably until the very end.
