Server transfer allows you to transfer and enjoy cooperative and competitive content

<Server transfer classification>

- Server transfers are divided into two types: [Individual Transfer] based on characters and [Guild Transfer] based on guilds.

※ The number of times a server can be transferred is reduced by 1 regardless of whether it is classified as [Personal Transfer] or [Guild Transfer].

◎ Personal transfer

- This means transferring [character units] from the server you are currently using to another server.
- Please note that server transfer is not possible if there are no remaining character slots on the server to which you are transferring.
- Items transferred with the character include bag storage items (tradable equipment has a limited quantity), acquired skills,

Information about free/paid items, dungeon charging times, and convenience items associated with the character.
- When transferring a server, the number of purchases and production limits per server are also transferred.
- [Oath], [Pantheon], and [Mastery] can be transferred or not, and when transferred, the progress of the original server will be initialized and overwritten on the destination server.

※ Items stored in the warehouse cannot be transferred.

◎ Guild transfer

- This means that only the guild experience points will be transferred after deleting the guild on the previous server.
- When transferring a guild, there should be no other guild members besides you. If it is the ruling guild, transfer is possible after declaring abandonment.
- Additionally, there should be no undistributed items in the guild treasury and guild storehouse.

<Requirements for server transfer>

- You can transfer servers within a set period of time using [600 Diamonds].
- You can only request a server transfer for one character at a time, and only three times per account.
- When transferring a server, at least one character slot must be empty on the server to be transferred.
- In order to proceed with a server transfer, the character must be in a [non-combat state in the village].
- Server transfer requests are not possible for 5 hours from 7 PM to 12 AM on the day of the battle.

<Conditions for server transfer>

- Server transfer is not possible if the conditions below are met.

◎Common Restriction Condition

- If the character's level is below level 45- When the number of possible server transfers has been exhausted
- If there are no empty character slots on the server to be transferred
- If the character is in combat or not located in a town
- If there are items that require [sale], [settlement], or [recovery] through the exchange
- If there are unclaimed items in the character's mailbox
- If there are unclaimed items in the Diamond Shop [Product Storage]
- If there is resurrection recovery experience or item- If there is an avatar or pet waiting for confirmation

◎ Personal Transfer Restriction Conditions

- If you are a member of a guild or applying to join a guild

◎ Guild Transfer Restriction Conditions

- If there is a hostile or allied registered guild
- If there are other guild members in the guild member list- If there is an applicant for guild membership
- If you are a guild that dominates the battlefield

<How to proceed with server transfer>

1. Touch/click the [Dia Shop] icon at the top right of the screen, then touch/click the [Server Transfer] button to enter the server transfer screen.

2. On the server transfer screen below, you can select [Personal Transfer/Guild Transfer] and check whether you meet the current transfer conditions.

① You can proceed with server transfer by selecting [Personal Transfer/Guild Transfer].

② You can select the server to transfer to through the button.

③ You can check whether the server transfer conditions are met on the screen.

3. After selecting whether to transfer [Vow/Pantheon/Proficiency], you can proceed with server transfer by touching/clicking the [Purchase] button.

① You can decide whether to transfer your Oath, pantheon progress, and proficiency by selecting the [Yes/No] button.
② When you touch/click the [Purchase] button, the server transfer will proceed to the next step.

4-1. [When proceeding with personal transfer]

You can change your character name by touching/clicking the [Change] button on that screen, and by touching/clicking the [Purchase] button, diamonds will be consumed and the server transfer request will be completed.

(Server transfer cost is 600 diamonds.)

After that, the connection will be terminated, and when you reconnect after the server transfer is complete, you can play the game on the transferred server.

※ Please note that you will not be able to log in for 1 minute after logging out.

① You can change your character name and proceed with server transfer by clicking the [Change] button.
② When you touch/click the [Purchase] button, the displayed diamonds will be consumed and the server transfer request will be completed.

4-2-1. [When transferring a guild]

In the case of the ruler guild, you can proceed with the guild transfer after giving up the ruler status. When you touch/click the [Give up Ruler] button, A [Agree to Declaration of Ruler Renunciation] pop-up window will appear, allowing you to renounce your ruler status.

4-2-2. [When transferring a guild]

If you have abandoned the Ruler's Guild or are no longer in the Ruler's Guild, you can proceed with a guild transfer.
You can change your character name by touching/clicking the [Change] button on the screen below.
After touching/clicking the [Purchase] button, diamonds will be consumed and the server transfer request will be completed.
After that, the connection will be terminated, and when you reconnect after the server transfer is complete, you can play the game on the transferred server.

※ Please note that you will not be able to log in for 1 minute after logging out.
