I finally got my hands on Abyss Seeker, the Heaven Seeker spin-off. I will be honest, I have yet tried the original, but the spin-off has already caught my attention with its cheap price and pretty pixel art, so why not try it out. Let's jump right in, shall we? Trouble Launching the Client
i've tried reinstalling multiple times, running it as admin and even restarting my entire pc multiple times. i went to reddit and other sites watched youtube videos trying to find a god damn solution for this launcher not starting when will this be fixed? probably never since they don't even care to fix this problem for almost a damn year now.

Suggestions For Linux User
Good day CrossFire PH Team / Support, I would like to respectfully suggest official support or a clear policy for Linux users (including Steam Deck / Proton). Currently, many players who use Linux risk account bans because the anti-cheat detects Wine/Proton as third-party tools, even when no cheats are used. This discourages legitimate players who prefer Linux for privacy, performance, or hardware reasons. Suggestion: 1. Allow or whitelist legitimate compatibility layers (Proton/Wine) so accounts won’t get banned for simply playing on Linux. 2. Or better — consider official Proton support / Steam Deck verification, or a native Linux client in the future. 3. At the very least, publish a clear statement if Linux play is allowed or not, so players know the risk. Linux gaming is growing a lot (especially with Steam Deck). ⚓ Windrose Review – “I was just gonna try it… now I own a ship”
I didn’t plan to get into this game that much. Like, I launched Windrose just to see what it’s about, why it’s getting all the hype... and suddenly it’s been a few hours and I’m already sailing around with my own ship. Didn’t expect that. 🏝️ The beginning is not very pirate-y (but please stick with it) So yeah, you don’t start as some cool captain. You wake up on a beach with nothing, picking up whatever you can find and trying not to get killed by wildlife. For a moment I thought, “oh, this is just another survival game.” But the pacing is actually handled pretty well. You slowly unlock stuff, and before you legalize it, you’re not just surviving anymore, you are actually moving toward becoming a pirate. It just take a little patience early on. ⚔️ Combat surprised me (in a good way) I thought combat would be kinda basic. It’s not. With my highly favourable review of Staffer Case last time, let us see what Team Tetrapod has in store for this side story, shall we?
