I've been playing a bit of Riichi City for a while now, and recently this month, I finally got my third character, Utsusemi Tsukimi!

I couldn't find a dedicated wiki for the game so I couldn't get any more information regarding which characters in this game can be acquired for free and not through Gacha. If you happen to know a character or two that can be obtained in a free and guaranteed manner, please, tell me. 😭

I'm really buns in the game though. I cannot understand Mahjong for the life of me.
