Support Request: STOVE PC Client Configuration Loading Error [2]
Hello
I am writing to request assistance regarding a persistent issue with the STOVE PC Client that began today, February 10, 2026.
Despite the client functioning perfectly yesterday, I am now unable to launch it. Every attempt to open the application results in the client indefinitively trying to launch as well as the following error message: "Failed to load a portion of the configuration files while running the Client. Please check your network conditions and try again."
Current Situation:
Network Status: My internet connection is stable and working correctly for all other applications and high-bandwidth services.
Troubleshooting Performed: I have already attempted a full uninstallation and reinstallation of the STOVE client in another. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, and the error persists upon a clean install. I attempted to install the client on a completely different physical drive to rule out disk errors, but the same configuration error occurred immediately.
Environment: No significant changes, software updates, or hardware modifications were made to my system between the time it was working and the onset of this error.
System Information:
OS: Windows 10
Region: Europe
I would appreciate it if you could investigate whether there is a localized server issue or provide specific instructions on how to clear the cached configuration data that a standard reinstallation might have missed.
I look forward to your guidance so I can return to the community and my games as soon as possible.

Thank you.
Same here I found a workaround go to the STOVE app right click it (this part is important) then run it as administrator You can't open it normally or the bug will happen again Also make sure the app isn't running in the background before trying this It's only a workaround I hope they fix it [ for me it did fix it completely ]
