📢 Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on May 22

Bandai Namco has officially announced that Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Edition will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on May 22, 2026, bringing the critically acclaimed action RPG and its large-scale DLC to Nintendo’s next-gen handheld/console.

This Beyond the Dawn Edition includes the full base game originally released in 2021, along with the substantial Beyond the Dawn DLC expansion. The DLC extends the story, introduces new quests and areas, and adds additional in-game items and features that enrich the overall experience beyond the original narrative arc.

The Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase earlier this month revealed both the release date and promotional trailer, marking Tales of Arise as one of the standout JRPG titles confirmed for Switch 2 in 2026 alongside other major RPG releases.

Fans can expect both physical and digital versions available at launch, with pre-orders opening over the coming weeks. This marks a significant expansion of Switch 2’s RPG lineup and gives players a chance to enjoy one of the Tales series’ most cinematic and action-oriented entries on Nintendo hardware.
