1/29 (Thu) STOVE Account Recovery Feature Update Notice [3]
Hello, this is STOVE.
To improve account accessibility and convenience, we are pleased to inform you that the Account Recovery feature has been updated.
■ Effective Date
-January 29, 2026 (Thurs) 05:00 UTC
■ Update Details
- The Find ID and Find Password features have been integrated into a single "Find Account" service.
· In addition to existing identity verification methods, account recovery options have been expanded to include verification through member service information.
· Password recovery will continue to be provided within the unified "Find Account" service under the same policy as before.
* This update will be applied first to PC Web and Mobile Web, and will be rolled out sequentially to the Client and App environments.
■ STOVE Account Recovery Feature Notes
- Identity Verification
· When selecting "Find using another method", you will be taken to a screen to choose a verification method.
· For global users outside Korea, selecting "Find Account" on the login page will also direct you to the verification method selection screen.
- Verification Method Selection
· Select "I know my STOVE ID": You will be directed to the password reset screen.
· Select "I don't know": You can proceed with account recovery through information verification.
- Enter Information
· Required Information: Country of registration, date of birth, game title played, world name, character name

· Optional Information: Month the game was first played, month of last login

just got retrieved my account on January 23,2026 Friday and my last login was Thursday at 9pm and now I can't login any more and my verified Gmail bind to that account is again invalid.
