there's a option my account is hold by stove cause  i attempt many times to change my email. thats why i asking if any suggestion to solve my problem

Mrlgwpshmmm... i think that this account had an issues lately when i try updating my email address...

sometimes the email provider had a slow receiving emails from stove or stove's retreival and their system had a issue taking sending from the new address...

Yesterday, this account was verified and updated email address, you need to input your old email address then verify with sending at your old email, then input your new email address, pressing confirm, for more secure, installing STOVE app and enabling 2FA...

Caseychan10231997i already done that, stove reply me he/she said under investigation my account for 2months how it's work? stove is ***** there's no alternative way to make my account back immediately. 

Mrlgwpsi don't know sometime we blame the management and their agents by slow replying our concerns, sometime they fail and sometimes for false accusations, but we need some patience to fixing things like this new migration now, crazy... changing new email was stress for us from the old publisher, STOVE's system ***** sometime, patience, you need to wait from your concern, time to time.
