We've identified an issue affecting players in negative UTC offset regions,

including North and South America, preventing them from participating in the event.

This issue stems from an error incorrectly advancing check-in dates by one day,

making users in these regions unable to receive rewards.

  -> 12/04. The Error has been resolved.

We'd like to offer our sincerest apology to all our users of the Check-in Exchange, 

and we'll do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Affected players residing in the countries described above who met the check-in requirements will receive rewards automatically,

without the need to submit a report.

   -> Check-in rewards will be sent automatically to users who have logged into the game from 12/2 to 12/5. 
         We will notify you again upon sending all the Check-in rewards. (12/9 Update)

    -> All rewards have been sent to users who have logged into the game. (12/10, UTC+9)
