I am experiencing issues accessing my Crossfire account with the following details:

In-Game Name (IGN): Ein.
While I can log in to Crossfire, I am unable to access the Gameclub website. The issue seems to be related to a long password bug introduced in a recent update. Additionally, I encounter login errors with my Ein. account on both the Stove and updated Crossfire login systems, receiving the message: “The username and password do not match. Please try again.”
Steps Taken
1. I attempted to reset my password using the "Find Password"; feature. However, I received an incorrect CAPTCHA message, despite entering it correctly.
2. I successfully reset my password on another account (username: p0mf) using the same process, so the issue appears specific to my Ein. account.
