[STOVE Store Notice] Apology for Game Launch Errors During Chuseok Holiday [3]

Hello, this is STOVE. We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience caused by an issue that prevented some PC games from launching during the Chuseok holiday, from Saturday, October 4 to Thursday, October 9, 2025. We are especially sorry that many of you were unable to enjoy your games during the holiday. The incident stemmed from an error in our game launch verification stage, which affected numerous PC games. Most services were restored by Thursday, October 9. From Friday, October 10 to Wednesday, October 15, we conducted a full review of 51,195 products and implemented measures to ensure normal launching. Although we immediately began root-cause analysis and recovery once the service error was identified, restoration for some games was delayed, causing inconvenience throughout the holiday period.
