How Support Works Customer Center is divided into 3 categories: STOVE Online Games (ex: LORDNINE) Store Offline Games (ex: Expedition 33) STOVE Platform Services (ex: STOVE Account) Each category has FAQs and guides for common issues. Search for your issue, and you may find the solution immediately. If the FAQ does not help, you can always send a Support Ticket (Inquire, or 1:1 Inquiry) to Customer Service. Setting up Simple Account automatic login - When logging in via Simple Account on the new Client, you will be directed to your browserโs private browsing mode for security purposes. - After, we ask that you adjust your settings by looking on the upper-right portion of the Client for STOVE Nickname -> Client Settings -> Settings -> [Social Login Browser Settings] under the General tab. 2. How to set games to auto run after updates - While a game is undergoing an update, move to Manage Download found on the bottom-left. - By checking off the โRun after completionโ option, the game will automatically launch after being updated. 3. How to Scan and Repair when encountering an error while launching games - You may encounter errors when trying to run a game that did not install properly. - In such scenarios, utilizing the Scan and Repair tool will greatly assist in resolving any issues. To prevent potential errors with the client due to your PC environment, please review the following before use! 1. Running the client with administrator privileges If program execution permissions are restricted on your PC, the client may not function properly. Right-click the client shortcut icon and select [Run as administrator]. 2. Using the scan and repair feature If the game was not installed correctly, errors may occur when it is launched. Using the Scan and Repair feature can help resolve some game launch errors. 1) Click the Setting icon at the bottom right of the client. 2) Click Scan and Repair at the top of the list to check the Install Client and initiate repairs. 3. Disabling VPNs and allowing access through a firewall If a VPN is enabled or a firewall or other security program is active, it may affect the clientโs operation. Before running the client, disable the VPN, add the client to the exception list in your antivirus program, and allow the app in the Windows Firewall

1. Reboot your PC and update Windows Temporary issues on your Windows PC may prevent the client from installing or running correctly. In such cases, restarting your PC will likely resolve the problem. Also, if your Windows version is outdated, it may cause conflicts with the client. Go to Windows Settings (Windows Key + i) > Windows Update, and click [Check for updates] to apply all available patches. Afterward, reboot your computer and run the client. 2. Reinstalling the client If the client was not installed properly or errors persist, it is best to completely uninstall and then reinstall the client. 1) Go to Windows Settings (Windows Key + i) > Apps > Apps & features, select the STOVE program, and click the Remove button. 2) Visit the STOVE website to reinstall the client. * Before installation, check your network environment and download everything together. 3.
