Suddenly get permanently blocked
Hello, I would like to ask for help regarding my account. I played normally yesterday and did not cheat, use any unauthorized programs, or send inappropriate messages. However, today, Friday, September 11, 2026, I found that my account had been permanently blocked. Iโm not sure what happened or what caused the ban. Could you please review my account and let me know the reason for the permanent block? I would really appreciate it if you could check whether this was a mistake and help me restore my account. Why the hell does this braindead feature even exist? Doesn't track quest progress at all No option to disable auto-selling gear UI looks as messy as zebra stripes Zero testing or trial run before outright swallowing up the old "Auto Battle" button Great job on the new featureโnow I have to manually tap through runs just to get my quests done.

Trouble Launching the Client
i've tried reinstalling multiple times, running it as admin and even restarting my entire pc multiple times. i went to reddit and other sites watched youtube videos trying to find a god damn solution for this launcher not starting when will this be fixed? probably never since they don't even care to fix this problem for almost a damn year now.
Suggestions For Linux User
Good day CrossFire PH Team / Support, I would like to respectfully suggest official support or a clear policy for Linux users (including Steam Deck / Proton). Currently, many players who use Linux risk account bans because the anti-cheat detects Wine/Proton as third-party tools, even when no cheats are used. This discourages legitimate players who prefer Linux for privacy, performance, or hardware reasons. Suggestion: 1. Allow or whitelist legitimate compatibility layers (Proton/Wine) so accounts wonโt get banned for simply playing on Linux. 2. Or better โ consider official Proton support / Steam Deck verification, or a native Linux client in the future. 3. At the very least, publish a clear statement if Linux play is allowed or not, so players know the risk. Linux gaming is growing a lot (especially with Steam Deck).
