10.Dormant Account Policy

10.1 Dormant Account Deletion

    To prevent the misuse of a member's ID and to ensure smoother service, the company may delete the ID if it meets the following requirements.

    1) ID of a member who has no access record for 12 months or more

    2) In cases where there are no paid cash or paid items with a remaining usage period in the ID that meets the first requirement.

10.2 Dormant ID Release

    The company will notify members 30 days in advance about the deletion of dormant IDs, including the fact that the account will be deleted, the expiration date of the personal information storage period, and the list of personal information.

    Members can release the dormant state of an ID through methods such as game access during the specified period.
