Feb 11 (Wed) Known Issues Notice (Added on 2/25)

Hello, this is the Party Pop Bubblyz Operations Team.

We would like to inform you of several confirmed issues during gameplay.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

⚠️Known Issues
~~1. An issue where rewards are not properly granted after playing Crown Scramble~~ (Fixed on Feb 11, 2026)
2. An issue where the end dates for the Random Box, Pet Vending Machine, and Season Pass are displayed incorrectly
3. An issue where the update was not available on the iOS App Store after the 2/11 maintenance (Added on Feb 11. 2026)
→ This issue has now been resolved, and the update can be downloaded normally from the iOS App Store.
4. An issue where NPCs intermittently appear invisible in the Penguin Run game (Added on Feb 25. 2026)
→ Due to this issue, if an invisible NPC reaches the finish line first in the final round, the final rankings may be applied incorrectly.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and this issue will be fixed in the next scheduled update.

We are investigating the causes and working to
resolve them as quickly as possible.
