The following issues have been discovered on 8/29 (Tue).
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

1. An issue has been discovered where an "Area Clear" pop-up is displayed when players clear the last difficulty level in Challenge content
- A pop-up that differs from the Challenge content is being displayed.
- Players can resume normal usage by tapping the Cancel button. We will do our best to fix this issue as soon as possible.  
→ This issue has been resolved with the patch that occurred on 9/12 (Tue)

2. An intermittent issue has been discovered where the event window displaying all current event banners does not close, and the game freezes.  
- Players will be able to access the game normally after relogging in. 

3. An issue where players are unable to clear certain Alpha Guide Quests
- Currently, there is an issue where players are unable to clear certain Alpha Guide Quests. 
  ㄴ Clear The Archdemon's Ruins: The Deeps (Area 6/10/12)
  ㄴ Achieve the Gold 3 Rank in Arena
  ㄴ Reach Floor 40 of Skyward Tower

4. An issue has been discovered where gear is not immidiately applied when equipping preset gear on the Hero formation screen.
-However, the gear is applied correctly when a player moves to a different screen after equipping preset gear on the Hero formation screen.
→  The issue has been resolved on AOS devices with the app update on 9/1 (Fri).

      However, the app update for iOS devices is currently delayed due to being in the middle of the reviewing process.
      We will provide a separate notice once the iOS app update is available.
      We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
→  The issue has been resolved on IOS devices with the app update on 9/2 (Sat).

5. An issue has been discovered where the red notification dot is continuously displayed in Shop. 
- We are currently looking into this issue.
→ This issue has been resolved with the temporary maintenance on 8/30 (Wed)

6. An issue has been discovered where players are unable to obtain Ritri and Lyla's Hero Pieces when they play through the Side Stories of Water Elemental Heroes.
- We are currently looking into this issue.
→ This issue has been resolved with the temporary maintenance on 8/30 (Wed)

7. An issue has been discovered where players can clear Chapter 11 of Astei's Side Story more than 5 times. 
- Players should be able to access her Side Story 5 times per day. We are currently looking into this issue.
→ This issue has been resolved with the temporary maintenance on 8/30 (Wed)

8. An issue has been discovered where gear used as enhancement material still appears in preset gear. 
- Despite the gear being visible within presets it has been deleted and cannot be equipped.
→ This issue has been resolved with the temporary maintenance on 8/30 (Wed)

9. An issue has been discovered where the trigger condition for the effects of equipment sets obtainable from Adventure
Season 2 are displayed incorrectly.
- While the game functions as intended, there is an issue with the accurate display of trigger conditions for the equipment set effects.
→ This issue has been resolved with the temporary maintenance on 8/30 (Wed)

10. An issue where the break motion for the boss "Sterope" in Season 2 Hard Mode Chapter 2-10 is not being displayed properly.
- Please note that this is a visual glitch where the standing animation is shown even when the boss is in the break status,
   and it does not impact gameplay.
→ This issue has been resolved with the patch that occurred on 9/12 (Tue)

11. An issue where players cannot receive rewards after purchasing the Mission Pack in certain instances.
- We are currently invesitigating the issue.
→  The issue has been resolved on AOS devices with the app update on 9/1 (Fri).
      However, the app update for iOS devices is currently delayed due to being in the middle of the reviewing process.
      We will provide a separate notice once the iOS app update is available.
      We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

12. An issue where Demiurge Astei does not respond in certain instances in the Arena.
 - We are currently investigating the issue.
→ This issue has been resolved with the patch that occurred on 9/26 (Tue)

13. An issue where Demiurge Astei's passive skill, "The People on Earth,"
       effect is not triggered immediately after she is defeated by the "Duelist's Pledge" effect in the Arena.
 - We are currently investigating the issue.
→ This issue has been resolved with the patch that occurred on 9/12 (Tue)
