Luna viable? Why's that?

Because if it's about the barrier, there are other characters that could do that, like Bryn, and it's better (I believe) because she can do it on her own,  no triggers or conditions. Or there's Dahlia and I think Kappa too, if I remember correctly, both can add a barrier effect woth burst. 

Liselotte barrier effect is cool, but not the only one to combo with Luna.

PS: You can even give Luna a weapon that gives her a barrier every time she acts, including counters and dual attacks.
