[Issue] Known Issues Following the 5/6 Update (Added on 5/22 07:30)

The following issues have been discovered.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

1. An issue where New User Missions and Rewards were not given to existing users
→ This only occurs if there is no login during 14 days of character creation.
→ Submit a request through [1:1 Inquiry], and we will check and deliver the rewards. We apologize for the inconvenience.

~~2. An issue where certain accounts are unable to complete the "Defeat the Doppelgänger 10 times" and~~
~~"Defeat the Doppelgänger 20 times" missions in the "To my dear, Congratulations!" event dungeon.~~

3. An issue where on certain accounts, selecting Eva's Guide Quest – Obtain Rhona [Go] results
in an error message and prevents reward collection.

4. An issue where Omega Nadja's nickname and frame effect are not displayed in Lobby - Heroes.
→ We are currently looking into this issue.
→ The issue has been resolved via the patch on 05/09 (Fri)

5. An issue where the costume description for [Indomitable Dragon Drakhan] is incorrectly displayed as Drakhan.
→ We are currently looking into this issue.
→ The issue has been resolved via the patch on 05/09 (Fri)

6. An issue where the recruitment screen displays abnormally when selecting Battle Pass > Go to Recruitment
without selecting Demiurge Astei as the Demiurge target

7. ~~An issue where using the Book of Evolution does not count toward the "Upgrade Hero to Stage 6" mission in Alpha's Guide Quest.~~

8. An issue where the "Cross-Mirsha Adventure I" mission is not being displayed properly for certain accounts
→ The fix will be applied in the upcoming maintenance.

Demirgue Astei revive is bugged, when she revive she dies even after killing 1 unit and the burst skill level 3 doesnt reset the revive she still dies after using it

I'm an Epic7 player and just started playing Outerplane a few days ago.
i have come across some issues.
1- the event window always pops up when i go to the main lobby and i don't see a way to disable the pop-up
2- when said event pop-up window appears there's a small chance that the game will become unresponsive (i tap anywhere on the screen and nothing responds but the game seems to be running fine as i can see the characters in the background still moving but there's just no response to touch) i have to reopen the app which is annoying everytime it happens.
3- After finishing some stages the game just gets stuck at the end loading the finishing animation. (another force restart required)
4- not really an issue but it would be nice if there were more options to get more stamina to play.
