Shame i didn't like the skill otherwise i would build, dual attack need barrier and the s2 which gives barrier push everyone but herself to top off the s3 buff block but doesn't strip, to my playstyle  doesn't seem like she will work to me at least she need or get a extra turn on the s2 or strip with the s3

While I agree her S2 is a bit clunky, it's pretty much redundant since there are 2 accessories that grant Defenders barriers (not to mention plenty of characters that can give barriers, including the upcoming Omega).

S3 into lvl 3 Burst (for tri-attack!) is amazing damage but yeah, Luna could use a bit of retooling, maybe if we ever get RTA lol
