I suspect and believe there has been unfair interference that has reduced the drop rate on my account.

Specifically, when participating in the Irregular Dungeon content this month, I received only a single item, despite the "World Boss No.2" title, which increases the drop rate by 35%, being activated. Given this, receiving only one item is completely unacceptable and highly unreasonable.

Furthermore, regarding the drop rate for the new hero summoning banner, I used to get a 6-star hero with only 300-350 rolls, but now I find myself needing to double that amount to achieve the same result.

I strongly suggest that the team r******* this issue and conduct a thorough review of the situation.
