Good

Initial Impressions:

+ Can replace a lot of units since she offers a wealth of team synergy options (priority pusher/stealth/cooldown reducer)

+ Chain Companion

- A premium unit (which is only bad because...)

- Immediate 6-Star (not "required", but it's so useful that if you are pulling, might as well go for broke)

- Doesn't scale with Effectiveness, but NEED to build with it in mind to best utilize her debuff

- Need to build her tanky (so that she survived a punch and can capitalize on her buff)

- Exclusive Equipment (doesn't help her kit, mostly for PVE)

I know it looks like a lot of negatives, but I do think she is a strong unit and most of her faults come from her availability. Unfortunately, without seeing her base stats and multipliers, it can be difficult to judge her damage, but she'll likely get most of it through Eternal Bleeding, so yeah really need to up Effectiveness. Though I might have her run a Life Steal set to increase survivability.
