If you remember the story answer this [5]
I finally done Akari story after a long while and notice that she is alone searching for soulslayer/help people, but I'm pretty sure in one event ( night of soulslayer of something like that) she and Ame got teleport during the fight against schijinbuka(sorry if the name is wrong, gimme a break) if memory serves right there was a flash and they got isekaed, the point is why in one side story she looks like she got teleport alone and on the event she was together with Ame ?

The Night of the Living Soulslayer event is when Akari and Ame were first released, and shows how they entered Mirsha. Their side story is after this event, where they went their seperate ways.
I assume or simply forgot that, thought they stick together guess I was wrong
I don't think you're wrong. Their side stories might happen after the event but why would Ame and Akari seperate ways ?
In her side story, Akari states: "I'm just trying to look for my fellow soulslayers, that's all" which means that she is temporarily wandering to find them (Ame, Rin...) and Ame in her side story is also looking for soulslayers in Mirsha.
Then, after dying against Shichifuja, they got transferred in an entirely new world where their spells don't even work. So, it doesn't make sense for them to go their own ways since they don't even know anything about Mirsha (and since they are soulslayers comrades, they know it is crucial to keep teamwork in this kind of situation).
I personally believe that those stories happen in different timelines since we now know that there are infinite timelines in the world of Mirsha (being monitored by Monad Eva). That could explain why in one story they are together while they are not in another.
As an exemple, Ame says this at the end of her side story : "My mission is to find Rin, Akari and any other soulslayer who may have found their way to this world", which means she is in the same situation as Akari.
