The order of the listing of units in stella banner is slightly irregular [2]
the order of the listing of units in stella banner is slightly irregular compared to other banners
normally it is rhona/valentine/francesca/rin/alice
but for stella's banner it begins with rhona/notia/francesca/rin/alice
and for some reason drakhan is sandwiched at the end

Me? I'm not that knowledgeable in the game. I only started epic 7 style games with outerplane which streamlined the experience, and only after star rail died off or at felt like it with the inhibitor lunae arc and acheron.
If you need advice, the discord, facebook, reddit, youtube comments of content creators and the vg general thread would provide faster and more crowdsourced checked information. there's also the japanese gamewith wiki which is slightly more up to date.
