There are several 2 star accessories that have mixed up names compared to the other star rarities.

For example,

2 star a prima vista is being labeled as "dancer's bracelet"

2 star physical exorcism is being labeled as "resurrection token"
these are just some examples, there are probably other 2 star accessories as well with incorrect mixed up names.

Wonder how much stamina people have collectively wasted chasing 2 star accessories that have incorrect names for the codex achievements...
