For the Survey Hub - Season 1 shop, you cannot buy "Epic Reforge Catalyst" in bulk, you have to buy it 1 by 1. The same goes for "Glutnite", while the Season 2 shop lets you buy all 5 of the Legendary Reforge Catalyst at once. 

No other item falls under this restriction.
