Location of Bug: Skyward Tower

Description: Heroes may get duplicate chain entries when in Skyward Tower.

Steps to reproduce:

Unknown.

Encountered on Very Hard 2F when using Iota/Akari/Notia/D Vlada and on Hard 30F when using D Drakhan/Regina/D Astei/D Vlada.

When activating the chain Iota and D Drakhan respectively used their chain skill twice.

I suspect the actual cause of the bug is bringing a copy of one of the floor's heroes.

I think using Notia on Hard 27F caused the bug and it persisted afterwards. I remember a similar thing happening when using Veronica on Hard 15F.
