The following issues have been discovered.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

1. An issue where placing a hero assigned to the Synchro Room into an expedition triggers an 'Invalid Request' notification,
     preventing the expedition from proceeding
- We are currently looing into this issue.
   In the meantime, you can resolve it by unassigning the hero from the Synchro Room and rejoining;
   this will allow you to assign the hero normally.
→ The issue has been resolved via the patch on 8/27 (Tue)

2. An issue regarding the substats of "Saint's Ring" obtained from the Season 2 Survey Hub,
     6★ Legendary Accessory Selection Chest
- We are currently investigating an issue of duplicate substats on "Saint's Ring"
   as well as an issue where converting a non-duplicate stat with Transistone (Individual) causes the duplicate stat to be removed,
   reducing the total number of substats to three.We are conducting a full investigation into all Masters who have obtained
   this item and will be providing compensation to any affected Masters.Further information will be provided through
   a separate notice after the investigation is complete.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

3. An issue where some of the rewards for the initial clear of Skyward Tower (Normal) are being distributed differently than intended.
- After the 8/1 update, the Sigma Fragment rewards for clearing the 65th and
  70th floors of the Skyward Tower (Normal) should have been 15 fragments each. 
  However, due to an issue, only 10 fragments were displayed and distributed.
  We are currently investigating this issue. 
  For those who initially cleared these floors after 8/1, we will provide the missing Sigma Fragments. 
  A thorough investigation is needed to identify the affected players,
  so the distribution schedule will be announced in a separate notice.
  We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

4. An issue where the OUTERPLANE festival tab in the event shop closed earlier than intended
- The OUTERPLANE festival event shop was originally scheduled to close on 8/27 00:00 UTC,
   but it closed earlier than expected on 8/26 00:00 UTC.
   We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
   To address this, we will reopen the OUTERPLANE festival event shop according to the schedule below.
   ㄴ Schedule: 8/27 after the maintenance - 9/3 00:00 UTC
 (Please note that events for earning event tokens will still end as planned on 8/27 00:00 UTC.)
