Is it just me or do we receive little effectiveness from substats and the set? [1]
Is it just me or do we receive little effectiveness from substats and the effectiveness set compared to epic 7?
Effectiveness set and substats from epiupment that we receive is so little is it a viable for hero units that uses debuffs and dot like bleed or burn? If effectiveness still works how it does in epic 7 it affects the chance of inflicting status affects and debuffs.

it's more like the effectiveness required against pve enemies ballooned with season 2 part 1 content
it's been kinda alleviated with new moves that ignore resilience and the quirk system
