How do Accuracy and Evasion stats work?
I have a question about game mechanics. How do the Accuracy and Evasion stats work in terms of deciding if an attack will miss? For example if an enemy has evasion of 300, and my character has accuracy of 200, what is the chance that my character will miss? Is it 300-200 = 100% chance to miss?Understanding how this works will help in deciding what accuracy stat to aim for when building characters so this information would be greatly appreciated.
