Members of Heavenly/Exus can move bilaterally between the guilds depending on how competitively they want to raid during each season. We're currently ranked 61 on the raid with only 4 very invested members and a dozen more casual members. The guild is level 2, boutique level 5 and crafting cost reduction level 2.
