just came across your post looking for the same thing - you have to use the desktop version in order to do it. if you visit stove forum on your mobile browser at the bottom itll say "view pc site" or something like that next to the log out button - and then itll give you the desktop version and THERE youll see the icon at the top right for "my info". it seems its already set as your character though as default, or at least i think so since it doesnt give you the option to change the character name, just set it as private or public, so i guess just make sure its public LOL
