Missing "instill energy" option

Good day!
Where is the "instill energy" option?
Don't tell me you removed it—because I can't find the option for it anymore. If you truly removed it, then all charms will become useless! ๑`^´๑
Please bring it back—transferring energy is very costly so I prefer the instilling method instead.
There used to be an "instill energy" option beside the assemble option before, but now it's gone.
