- The administrator will check the reported chat history, and a sanction might be imposed according to the internal standard.

1st Sanction: Sending a message of warning through in-game mail

2nd Sanction: 1-day suspension

3rd Sanction: 7-day suspension

Permanent Ban: Malicious users who receive two or more sanctions in a short time will be permanently banned.
