You can enter your coupons at the [Redeem Coupon].

You need to fill out 3 fields (Member Number, Character Name, Coupon Number) to enter a coupon.

Check your info in the game and enter them with the coupon number, and then the reward will be sent to your mailbox.

1. Member Number (how to check it in-game)

Management > Settings > Account > Member Number

2. Character Name

Check the name on your character at the lobby

Tap the profile at the upper left in the lobby > Check the character name next to Level

If the reward is not provided or an error occurs after you enter a coupon,
