You can enter your coupons at the [Redeem Coupon].You need to fill out 3 fields (Member Number, Character Name, Coupon Number) to enter a coupon.Check your info in the game and enter them with the coupon number, and then the reward will be sent to your mailbox. 1. I got charged an extra dollar when I made payment
You may receive a message saying that you have been charged 1 dollar upon purchasing a product. This is because the store itself charged you a dollar to check if your registered card is a payable card.This usually happens if the paying card information was changed or it was the first purchase using that card. Please note that these dollar payments will be canceled automatically.

What is a Guest Account?
It is a temporary ID that is not a full member of STOVE, Google Play, Facebook, etc.You can play the game and make payments with a Guest Account, but the game data does not get saved on the server. So, changing your device or re-installing the game may cause data loss if you're using a guest account. In those cases, we’re unable to recover your data. I can’t see the update button
If the app doesn’t update by itself, you have to update it manually. Check below for the guide on how to update Magical Atelier manually.[iOS Manual Update Guide]1. An item in my mailbox disappeared
If there are more than 100 mail messages in your mailbox, you can only view the most recent 100 mail messages. (You will be able to view the unseen mail after receiving the recent mails.)Also, mail messages have expiration dates. If they have expired, then the mail and the item attached to it are deleted.Please note that items deleted this way can't be recovered.
