Customer support??? [1]
How do you even contact customer support to make an inquiry? I've followed all the steps needed and i get to the right page but i cannot see ANY way to even make an inquiry to them. I've not received any of the pack items i've paid for and i cant even contact them, it's ridiculous. #customersupport

How to restore a deleted account? (24 hours have not yet passed)
I accidentally started playing on the server Asia, after two three days of playing on this server, I noticed this error and switched to the Global server. All was well, at that time it was not scary to start the game from scratch, because I played only 2-3 days. But today ran into a problem with the forum event, I did not want to switch nickname marked Asia server, which I have not played for a long time. account level 39 and since I participate in the event forum, I decided to bypass the problem globally. I logged out of my account, switched to the Asia server (my old account) and deleted it. I thought this would solve my problem with the server showing up on the forum, but it ended up deleting my main account along with the Asia account where I had already progressed a lot. Did not receive the GM Lizzy’s Gift Box from the Flaunt Your Favorite Doll [2]
I was wondering if I was the only one who hasn't received the box from the event as the delivery date was 6/7 (Tue) . I wanted to file a ticket but I couldn't find the option to contact the GMs privately.I triple checked my post to make sure I qualified for the box and I didn't find anything wrong with my format.

Spring COSTUMES HELP!!!! [1]
Hello how do I get the other half of the spring costumes event? I wanted the pink hair but the question gave me blue. Also I have no more event quests popping up and I can't find anything on the event page. there are also some other outfits I cannot create because I don't have the coupon, but I have 2x the coupon of the other outfit.
