Bought a guaranteed avatar summon pack but didn't receive the item.
Hello, today I bought a guaranteed avatar summon pack. After I finished paying, the money was deducted, but the item hasn't arrived. I've tried exiting the game 3-4 times, but nothing has changed. What should I do?

Mobile Version Controller problem [1]
Can you fix the controller for the mobile version?. Its hard to control specially for a small phone where the movement is stuck in one place in the cellphone. Unlike other moba game where even if you tap outside the movement controls as long as its close, it still fucntions and move .

THE WORST 1v1 ARENA IN ALL MMORPG. MELEE VS RANGE. IF YOU ARE A MELEE CHARACTER EVEN THEY CANT KILL YOU, YOU STILL GONNA LOSE BECAUSE ALL THE RANGE CHARACTER WILL JUST NEED TO RUN OR PUSH YOU AWAY OR BLINK LIKE THE STAFF AND THEY WILL JUST HIT YOU. AS THE MATTER OF FACT THEY HAVE BASH AND SLOW. THEY WILL JUST RUN LIKE THAT AND HIT U AND WHEN THE TIME RUNS OUT U LOSE. NO MATTER HOW HIGH YOUR DEFENSE IS ITS STILL A LOSE BECAUSE THEY HIT YOU SO MANY TIMES. CAN YOU FIX THIS ? LORDNINE? SO UNBALANCE AND WORST.

When you just wanted to play and enjoy a game and this MFs want to send a message to the game devs/GMs through us casual players, this makes it a shtty game. Hope the the the GMs take notice of this as this will make this server dead.
