We would like to notify you of some in-game issues that have come to our attention.

We apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused and ask that you refer to the details below.

◈ Known Issues ◈

- An issue where purchases could not be completed properly when attempting to purchase a Nickname Change Ticket from the Shop. (15 July 12:40 Additional)

→ This issue is scheduled to be resolved during the maintenance on 29 July (Wed). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. (15 July 12:40 Additional)

→ Sales of the Nickname Change Ticket will be temporarily suspended due to this issue. Further updates will be provided through this notice as soon as the item becomes available for purchase again. (10 July 17:40 Additional)

- Issue with Chat Linking for Teleport Stone Items

→ An issue where attempting to share certain Teleport Stone items in chat displays a message stating that the text contains invalid characters, preventing the item from being linked.

- Issue where the event end time is displayed incorrectly in-game (3 July 10:30 Additional)

→ This is a display issue only. The event will end normally at the time announced in the previous notice. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

- Issue where the language of product names is displayed incorrectly in the purchase history (6 July 15:00 Additional)

→ Product names are displayed in Korean in the STOVE purchase history regardless of the selected language.

→ This issue is scheduled to be fixed during the maintenance on 15 July (Wed). We hope this does not cause any inconvenience when making purchases.

We are currently investigating the cause of these issues and are doing our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
