The Impact of Low Drop Rates and Multi-Accounting on Game Longevity [11]
Hi everyone,
I’ve been a dedicated player since launch, averaging 12–14 hours of active playtime daily. I love this game, but after months of consistent grinding, I feel compelled to share some growing concerns regarding the current state of the game’s economy and progression systems.
1. The "Offline" Penalty & Burnout Currently, the disparity between online and offline rewards is staggering. Roughly 8 hours of offline time yields only about 1 hour’s worth of online progress. This forced "always-on" meta is unsustainable. It pushes players to stay logged in 24/7 just to remain competitive, which isn't healthy for the community or the players' personal lives. Improving offline rewards would allow for a much healthier game-life balance without punishing dedicated players.
2. Disproportionate Drop Rates vs. Time Investment In six months of playing 12+ hours a day, I have seen exactly one Epic weapon drop. While I understand that high-tier drops should be difficult to obtain, the current RNG feels less like a challenge and more like a brick wall. When a "hardcore" time investment yields zero progression for months at a time, the motivation to keep playing begins to evaporate.
3. The Multi-Account/Botting Loophole Despite these low drop rates, the Next Market is flooded. This isn't because the drops are fair, but because players are running 5, 7, or even 10+ accounts simultaneously.
- Market Inflation: These "farms" dominate maps and dungeons, driving market prices down and making it impossible for single-account players to compete.
- Fair Play: Functionally, there is very little difference between a person manual-clicking ten accounts and a botting script. Both ruin the economy for everyone else.
Suggested Solution: I strongly urge the developers to consider stricter account verification (such as KYC measures) to limit players to one account per person. Coupling this with a slight buff to drop rates and offline rewards would create a much more stable economy and a fairer playing field for the entire community.
I want to see this game thrive for years, but the current path feels like it favors farm-networks over genuine players.
