We would like to inform all Lords that scheduled maintenance will take place on 7 January at 09:00(UTC+8) for the upcoming update.
During the maintenance period, the game will be unavailable.Please refer to the details below to avoid any inconvenience.
■Maintenance Details

■Before the Maintenance
1. Reopening of the "Snowflake Sock Pouch" Exchange
- The "Snowflake Sock Pouch" exchange will reopen in the "Snowflake Crystal" Exchange within the in-game Shop.
→ Up to 300 exchanges are available per account, and the exchange count is shared among characters on the same server.
→ The contents of the "Snowflake Sock Pouch" and the currency required for exchange remain unchanged.
2. Hidden Class First Achievement UI Display
- The nickname of the Lord who first achieves the Hidden Class "Destroyer" will be displayed in the class UI.
3. New Events
- A Mount Enhancement Support Special Check-in Event will be held.
- Karmen’s Mount Enhancement Mission Event will be held.
4. New Products
- New Mount [Brilliant Radiance] will be added.
- [Grasp of Freedom Bris] Summon will be added to the Summon Shop.
- Battle Pass Season 12 will be added.
- 2026 Mount Enhancement Package and 2026 Gear Enhancement Package will be added.
5. Discontinuing Events / Products
- The "Snowflake Garden" dungeon will no longer be available.
→ The "Snowflake Crystal" Exchange will be available until 21 January at 09:00 (UTC+8).
- The reward claim period for Battle Pass Season 11 will end.
→ Please make sure to claim your Season 11 rewards before maintenance begins.
- [Blessing of the Sun Odelia] Summon in the Summon Shop will come to an end.
→ Any accumulated summon count from Pickup Summons will be reset when the corresponding Avatar’s Pickup Summon ends.
- The sale of the X-Mas: Upgrade Scroll and X-Mas: Enhance Mount products will be discontinued.
- The sale of the New Year: Avatar I and New Year: Avatar II products will be discontinued.
6. Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Week 4 completion rewards for the "Medea" Raid Mission Event could not be claimed.
- Fixed an issue where mail from the Medea Server was not displayed correctly after purchasing items from the NEXT Market Item Shop on the Medea Server and then moving to another world.
We recommend logging out in a safe location before maintenance begins.
Please note that the maintenance may end earlier or be extended depending on the situation.
