NEXT MARKET ISSUE - PACKAGE NOT SENT TO INGAME EMAIL

I PURCHASED PACKAGE 1 TO PROGRESS AND FINALIZE ONE OF MY AVATAR BUT UNTIL NOW I STILL HAVEN'T GOT ANY UPDATES ABOUT IT AND I ONLY HAVE 4 DAYS LEFT TO FINALIZE MY AVATAR AND IT WILL BE STUCK FOR A DUMMY ONE. WHAT'S YOUR RESOLUTION ABOUT THIS LORDNINE DEVS. YOU TOOK MY MONEY ALREADY AND IT'S EVEN VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH OUT FOR ASSISTANCE.
