Lordnine Purchase package sent to wrong server

Its already been 2days and no action was given to me, I purchase the package worth 1290 on next market using my medea 7 server character but the package was sent to Santiago 1 server... Please help me rectify the problem...I hope lordnine would reach out to those who have the same problem as mine...
