 We would like to inform all Lords that scheduled maintenance will take place on 10 December at 09:00(UTC+8) for the upcoming update.

 During the maintenance period, the game will be unavailable.Please refer to the details below to avoid any inconvenience.

 ■Maintenance Details

- Schedule: 10 December (Wed) at 09:00 – 13:00 14:30 (UTC+8) [Completed] 

*The maintenance time has been extended to 14:30(UTC+8) by 90 minutes. (10 Dec 13:52 Edit)

- Impact: Game access will be unavailable during this time 

 ■Before the Maintenance

1. New Updates

- The second round of the server transfer will begin. [View Notice]

→ This server transfer round will be available immediately with no pre-registration required.

→ During round 2, the initial Server Transfer Ticket will be available for purchase with 1,000,000 Gold as part of a step-based rollout.

   (After the first purchase, additional transfer tickets may be purchased for 3,000 Diamonds.)

→ A new exchange recipe will be added for unused Season 2 Server Transfer Tickets.

- The Permanent Summon Ticket crafting recipe for Season 1 Server Transfer Tickets will no longer be available.

→ If you still have Season 1 Server Transfer Tickets, please craft them into Permanent Summon Tickets before maintenance.

 - Two new Legendary Avatars and nine Epic Avatars will be added.

- Points by Grade when an Avatar is acquired will be expanded.

2. Balance / Improvements Update

- The drop rate of Rare items in the El Sera Continent will be increased.

→ This does not apply to boss monster drop rates.

- Entry counts and gain/loss points for Lord’s Arena Individual and Co-op rounds will be adjusted.

- LNP rewards, previously limited to PC payments, will now also be granted for mobile payments.

- Lord’s Arena Guild Round entry availability notifications and other UI/UX elements will be improved.

- A new payment option for Peso (PHP) will be added for PC purchases.
→ This option is available only for accounts registered in the Philippines.

3. New Event

- An Item Log event will be available.

4. New Product

- A new mount, [Royal Curse Laripuga], will be added.

- A new skin, [Snow Fairy Keone], will be added.

- Two new packages and one new product will be added.

→ Avatar Season 2 Launch Celebration Package, Kransia Gear Enhancement Support Package

→ Gear Enhancement Support Chest

- Battle Pass Season 10 will be added.

5. Discontinuing Event/Product

- The 100-Day Celebration Exchange will no longer be available.

- The “Forgotten Memory” Item Log event added during the 11/26 (Wed) maintenance will no longer be available.

→ When the event ends, all logs and effects will be removed, which may result in a decrease in your character’s stats.

- The reward claim period for Battle Pass Season 9 will end.

→ Please make sure to claim your Season 9 rewards before maintenance begins.

- The sale of four Black Friday items will be discontinued.

→ Black Friday: Upgrade Scroll / Enhance Mount / Mounts Gear / Avatar

6. Bug Fixes

- In-game bugs will be fixed.

We recommend logging out in a safe location before maintenance begins.
