Character creation bug?

Hi everyone. I just finished downloading this game with my new tablet xiaomi pad 8 pro, 12gb ram. I encounter a serious problem regarding charater creattion. It just shows the character and not showing the icon like skin tone, hair design, etc. You cant even change the avatar. Nothings there except the character alone. Is this compatible with my tablet? How this this error? I badly need help. I already reinstall this game! Same probllem occur.
