We have identified an issue where rewards were not properly distributed to some users.
 As of January 7 at 8:00 (UTC +0), the additional reward distribution has been completed.

If you have any additional questions regarding this matter, please contact Customer Service.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the delay that occurred during the reward distribution process, and we will do our best to bring you better events in the future.

- You can check the delivered items in your in-game mailbox.

- Your STORE Discount Coupon has been delivered to your coupon box.

- Please make sure to log in to the game and claim your LORDNINE item rewards by January 31.

All coupon rewards have been delivered to your Coupon Box.
