Special Event for Mission & Reward Launch - 100 USD Prize Winners Announcement" from the official post here. Specifically, my entry is listed as A (Santiago 08* under the first table (the main 200-user lottery from Missions 1-5). Super excited when I saw my name pop up—felt like a nice bonus after completing those missions during the event period!But... it's been over 10 days since the announcement, and I still haven't received the 100 USD prize deposited to my wallet linked to the nextmarket account (as per the delivery method stated). No transaction, no in-game notification, nada. I get that these things can take time with verification or processing,but at this point, it's radio silence.I've tried reaching out through customer service multiple times via the OnStove support ticket system,/nextmarket and discord but all I'm getting back are those generic auto-bot replies like "We're looking into it" or "Please wait for an update."
