First, we’d like to sincerely apologize for inconveniences caused while using STOVE.

We would like to inform you about the issues occurring after the 9/10 (Wed) STOVE Link Service Update.

1. An Issue Where the STOVE Link Launch Path Disappears

- An issue is occurring where STOVE Link cannot be launched if both the STOVE App and STOVE Client are not updated to the latest version.

→ Please update both the STOVE App and STOVE Client to the latest version, then try using STOVE Link again. [Link]

→ As of 9/12 (Fri), the latest versions are: STOVE App Android v.3.2.7 / iOS v.3.2.6, and STOVE Client v.3.1.537.0.

2. An Issue Where STOVE Link Occasionally Becomes Unavailable Even When Link Is Set to ON in the Client

- Even if both the STOVE App and STOVE Client are updated to the latest version and Link is set to ON in the client, STOVE Link may occasionally become unavailable.

→ Depending on your network environment, receiving the game data may take some time. Please wait about 3 minutes, after which STOVE Link should function normally.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
